The Hi Jump Boots increase Samus's jump height and increases the speed at which she jumps. This upgrade also gives you the ability to jump while morphed. When combined with the speedbooster, the Hi Jump Boots allow samus to perform a Ballspark, which is shinesparking while in the morph ball.
